Ordering Channel API​

For apps, websites, and AI agents that create orders via OneTablet and route them to restaurants.

Connect your ordering channel - whether it's a mobile app, website, kiosk, phone ordering system, or AI agent - to OneTablet's restaurant network.

  • Receive menus from OneTablet (pushed to you, or pull on demand)
  • Submit customer orders to OneTablet for the restaurant to fulfill
  • Receive order lifecycle events (confirmation/rejection, ready, cancellation)
  • Receive item 86ing and store availability updates from OneTablet
