OneTablet API Documentation

Welcome to the OneTablet API documentation. OneTablet provides APIs for two types of integrations:

Integration Types​

POS & Systems API​

For POS, KDS, and back-office systems that receive orders and operational data from OneTablet.

OneTablet aggregates orders from multiple channels (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, direct ordering apps, AI agents, and other ordering platforms) and delivers them to your system through a unified API.

  • Retrieve orders via REST API or receive real-time webhooks
  • Manage order status (ready, finished, cancelled)
  • Track delivery status for third-party deliveries
  • Optionally manage menus

For apps, websites, and AI agents that create orders via OneTablet and route them to restaurants.

Connect your ordering channel - whether it's a mobile app, website, kiosk, phone ordering system, or AI agent - to OneTablet's restaurant network.

  • Publish and manage menus
